Support Policy

Dynamics NAV Addons is committed to supporting its offering for all Microsoft Dynamics NAV versions currently supported by Microsoft – with the exception of CRM Dashboard, which is not relevant for NAV 2009 RTC and NAV 2013. In some instances, Dynamics NAV Addons continues to support addons for older versions of Microsoft Dynamics NAV as far back as NAV V3.70, although enhancements and improvements will no longer be provided for NAV V3.70.

Dynamics NAV Addons offers online help for all of our addons, which can be access by clicking on the “Help” button on any of our screens in the application, or visiting http://support.dynamicsnavaddons.com. User registration will be required so that we can verify that qualified user have access to any information.

Support may also be obtained by emailing support@dynamicsnavaddons.com or calling 407-260-0834. If technical support is required, we will refer the question to one of several programmers familiar with the addon.
